The information you provide
Callback forms ask for your first name, last name, phone number and ZIP code. Requests are stored in the Plumbers 911 Chicago GoHighLevel account. Network staff and the responding contractor use those details to follow up about the service you requested. Internal callback notifications contain your name, phone number and ZIP.
Phone calls and attribution
Calls to (224) 362-0609 route to the assigned participating contractor. Call recording is enabled with an announcement. Contact records may include the website source and assigned contractor so the network can track service requests.
Optional analytics
If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics receives page-view and interaction information, such as a click on a call button or opening a callback form. Those clicks do not establish that a call connected or a form was submitted. We do not send form names, phone numbers or ZIP codes to Analytics. Hosting and form providers also process technical information needed to deliver the site and protect forms from abuse.
